Select the Roaster (Milly or Maddy) and select the time block.  Packing station is included in each time block. If you would like extra packing time, there is an add-on available for 1 hour of packing time.

When booking your session, you will submit your roast plan. When you show up we’ll have your coffee weighed out and roasters warmed up for you. If you have any questions prior to booking or your session, please email us and we’ll make sure you are prepared to roast!
