Join us and ayyo Friday October 16 at 11:00am for their first time showcasing their Ethiopian coffees here at the collective.
New-crop, direct-trade coffees from three of Ethiopia's most celebrated growing regions, landed in Canada and ready to ship. We’ll cup Harar, Sidamo, and Yirgacheffe side by side, natural and washed processes on the same table, and taste how each shapes the cup. Quantities are limited, so tasting first means first pick.
Please note that spots for this cupping session are limited and registration is required.
All coffees cupped are landed in Canada and available for purchase in green or roasted form, by the bag or by the pallet.

Ayyo Coffee is a Canadian company founded to honour our founder's late mother, Amina, who came to Canada from Ethiopia's Oromo region in the late 1980s. We work directly with the coffee farmers of Oromia, sourcing through direct trade with full documentation and traceable origins. We keep inventory in Canada, so our partners skip the international import process, with lower minimum orders, fast shipping across Canada, and custom roasting or private label options.
