Brewing Workshop

In this workshop we will cover the basics of using brewers like the Hario V60, Chemex, and Aeropress in a fun and relaxed environment. We will discuss how factors like the dose, temperature, water, grind size and more all affect the taste of your brew. We take a hands-on approach where you get to do the brewing, share your coffee and talk about it with other home brewing enthusiasts and our qualified trainer. We will teach you to control the taste, strength and extraction of your coffee in the next brew by introducing the refractometer to calculate the TDS of your coffee. Our goal in this class is to help you confidently taste and evaluate your brew so that you can make delicious coffee at home everyday.
